If you receive an error when updating your AngelPoints User Profile page, we would first suggest making certain that the Postal Code under Contact Information is formatted so that it is in line with the choice of Country.

For example, if your chosen Country is United States, your postal code should be formatted as ##### or #####-####

If your chosen Country is Canada, the postal code will appear formatted similarly to A#A#A#
