Mail Merge exports in Luminate Online will contain both active and removed/inactive records from your Constituent 360 database. You can find these removed constituents in your database when you search by ensuring you check the checkbox to include removed/inactive records in your search results.

If you do not want these removed records to appear in your mail merge you can setup a query and use the criteria "System, Active Status, Equals, Active" in addition to any other criteria you had for the mail merge list you were working to export. Then, you can use the query result to create your mail merge export
