I'm trying to update the due date on a requirement and I'm receiving an error: The Grantee Portal failed to update. Please re-submit your request.

I'm a GIFTS Online user in the United Kingdom and I'm trying to update the due date on a requirement. When I click to update the due date, I receive an error. The error reads:

Error Message:
Please Respond

The Grantee Portal failed to update. Please re-submit your request.

Due Dates were not updated on the IGAM server.
The Id of the Logged Exception is xxxxxx.

This doesn't occur every time I try to update the due dates but I'm unable to update the requirements.
We are currently evaluating this issue in GIFTS Online that stems from an issue converting the dd/mm/yyyy date format to mm/dd/yyyy. It is slated to be resolved in a future release.
