I assigned stage 2 reviews to my reviewers, but they are unable to see the reviews.

In my GIFTS Online system, we have a two stage review process. I recently received a group of stage one reviews, and then generated the second stage for those reviews. However, my reviewers are unable to see these new reviews when they log in to their portal. In GIFTS Online, the reviews have a status of 'Pending' and I cannot change it. How can I resolve this?
We are evaluating this issue in GIFTS Online and is slated to be resolved in a future release.
