1. Under Communications, select the appropriate category (Thank You Letters, Receipts, General Mailings, Email Templates, Cart Templates)

2. Select 'Create Documents' under the appropriate letter/receipt/template.

3. Under Criteria, select the same Query that you will use in your mass email.

4. Under Document Options, select PDF and other File Management/Grouping, etc..

5. Under Delivery, select the Receiving option of your choice.

6. Preview/Run - Run to generate the document which you can then preview to see all records.
