Unable to get file "[ftp directory]/" from SFTP server "[ftp host]" - When scheduling a recurring import process

After scheduling a recurring import process, you might notice that the process fails with the status Did not finish "Unable to get file "[ftp directory]/" from SFTP server "[ftp host]"."
If you encounter this error, you should be able to successfully complete this by scheduling via Queue.  

Steps to Duplicate

1) Create a csv file containing the lookup ID of an existing constituent, the constituent's first name, and last name.
2) Use that file for a constituent update batch Import file mapping template.
3) Setup an SFTP server import source.
4) Make a 2 copies of the csv file from step 1 and place them in a directory within the sftp.
5) Use that import source/directory to set up a recurring import process.
6) Enter the name of the first copy file > use the mapping template > run the import process
7) Notice the import is successful
8) Edit the import process > enter the name of the second copy file > save the import
9) On the task bar, click Create job schedule > name the job > schedule it to run a few minutes in the future
10) Check back a couple minutes after the process is supposed to run and notice that the status is: Did not finish "Unable to get file "[ftp directory]/" from SFTP server "[ftp host]"."
