I forgot my password and I'm not getting an email to reset it

I go to log into GIFTS online and I keep getting a message that my password is incorrect. I click on the "forget password" option and I don't receive an email.
Please contact us with the customer support number for GIFTS listed at https://www.blackbaud.com/contact-us/ which will always have the most up to date information.


 

Steps to Duplicate

Go to the GIFTS Online login page and log in with your user name and password and you get the message "Incorrect user ID or password".  You click on "Forgot Password?" and you don't receive an a reset password email either in you Inbox or Spam.
