I forgot my password and I'm not getting an email to reset it

I go to log into GIFTS online and I keep getting a message that my password is incorrect. I click on the "forget password" option and I don't receive an email.
You will need to contact BlackBaud Technical support. Please either call us at 877.704.3343 or log a case through the PowerMe Portal.


Steps to Duplicate

Go to the GIFTS Online login page and log in with your user name and password and you get the message "Incorrect user ID or password".  You click on "Forgot Password?" and you don't receive an a reset password email either in you Inbox or Spam.
