Constituents do not have to have a relationship to be listed on a Membership. The query below, will only output Secondary Members on the Membership that have a defined relationship with the Primary Constituent. 
  1. From Analysis, Click Information Library, Add an ad-hoc query, Choose the Source view of Constituents
  2. On the left Click Member, From the middle drag Primary Member to Include records where and set equal to Yes
  3. If you would like to filter on a certain Membership Program, Membership Level, or Membership Status we can add the any of the necessary fields below:
    1. To filter on a specific Membership Program. On the left Expand Member, Click Memberships. From the middle drag Membership Program to Include records where and set equal to the Program you would like to filter on.
    2. To filter on a specific Membership Level. On the left Expand Member, Click Memberships. From the middle drag Membership Level to Include records where and set equal to the Level you would like to filter on
    3. To filter on a specific Membership Status. On the left Expand Member, Click Memberships. From the middle drag Status to Include records where and set equal to the status you would like to filter on. 
  4. On the left Expand Member, Expand Membership, Expand Members, Expand Constituent, click Relationships. From the middle drag Related Constituent Name to Include records where, mark the radio button to filter on Output Field, Choose Name

    1. To output the Primary Member's Address. On the left Click Address (Primary), from the middle drag Address, City, State, and Zip to Results fields to display.
    2. To output the Primary Member's Look up ID. On the left Click Constituent, From the middle drag Lookup ID to Results fields to display
    3. To output the Membership Level. On the left Expand Members, Click Membership. From the middle drag Membership Level to Results fields to display.
    4. To output the Membership Expiration Date. on the left Expand Members, Click Membership. From the middle drag Expiration Date to Results fields to display.
  4. To output any additional fields about the Secondary Member's we will use the Member\Membership\Members\Constituent Node. Below are some examples of fields you may wish to see:
    1. To output the Secondary Member's Address. On the left expand Member, Expand Membership, Expand Members, Expand Constituent, Click Address (Primary). From the middle drag Address, City, State, and Zip to Results fields to display
    2. To output the Secondary Member's Lookup ID. On the left expand Member, Expand Membership, Expand Members, Click Constituent. From the middle drag Lookup ID to Results fields to display.
