When updating the STAFF field on an account or name in TA, the sync does not update the Prospect Manager for the account in CRM on the Major Giving Prospect constituency.
By design, the sync will not sync prospect manager info from TA to CRM (besides when the account is first synced over to CRM). There is no way to change this.
An assumption of Milestone 2 is that clients’ major giving and planned giving operations move to BBEC. We have mappings to move existing TA Account_Projects and Bequests to BBEC, but we expect new MG/PG records would be added in BBEC rather than TA after the initial conversion. To avoid various issues stemming from continuing to sync data from these tables from TA to BBEC, we will not do so except in the case of an account being newly added to BBEC. Any MG/PG data on such an account will be mapped to BBEC, but any changes made to that account’s MG/PG data after that point will not affect BBEC.
