After scheduling and running the Delete email permanently function in BBIS an error shows in the Business Process History of CRM under the CMS Delete Email Business Process History: This SqlTransaction has completed; it is no longer usable.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to BBIS click Administration 2. Click Sites & settings 3. Click Schedules 4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to Delete email permanently 5. Schedule this to Automatically delete emails older than 5 years 6. Schedule the Business process frequency for Every 1 day(s) at enter the desired time to run 7. Under Options: enter 60 minutes 8. Wait for run to finish 9. In CRM go to Business Processes 10. Click History tab 11. Under process type select CMS Delete Email Business Process and click apply 12. It may take several runs with different settings in BBIS to show but NOTICE status 'Did not finish' and Status message 'This SqlTransaction has completed; it is no longer usable.'
