I am in the midst of preparing my Online Requirement form and I noticed that I do not have the ability to add Contact fields. In the record type dropdown, I see Organization, Payment, Request, Requirement and Text, but no Contact. Have I set up my form incorrectly? Why is there no option for Contact?
The reason that there is no option to select Contact when adding fields to a Requirement form is that it is built this way by design. Contact records tie to the Organization and Request level, but not directly to the Requirement level records.
