When using Google Chrome to enter Conduct in FAWeb, a user may see the error message: 

This page isn't working.  Chrome detected unusual code on this page and blocked it to protect your personal information (for example, passwords, phone numbers, and credit cards.)  Try visiting the site's homepage.  ERR_BLOCKED_BY_XSS_AUDITOR
We are currently evaluating this issue. 

In the meantime, users can use other browsers besides Chrome to enter Conduct in FAWeb such as Mozilla Firefox.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log in to FAWeb as a teacher using Google Chrome as the browser
2. Click Students, search for a student and open the record
3. Click Conduct
4. Enter a new conduct violation
5. Click OK, see error message  "This page isn't working.  Chrome detected unusual code on this page and blocked it to protect your personal information (for example, passwords, phone numbers, and credit cards.)  Try visiting the site's homepage.  ERR_BLOCKED_BY_XSS_AUDITOR"
