I'm trying to edit batched documents

You can batch merge templates - but in order to edit them you have to open the record that is associated to the batch merge and go to that document and check it out and then edit it, save it and check it back in.

There is an "Idea" created for this in:  https://community.blackbaud.com/products/microedge/ideas where you can vote.
