How can I Reactivate a FIMS CRM user that is Currently Inactive?

I have a user that has an inactive CRM account but I need them to be active again, how can I re-activate their CRM account?
The re-activation of inactive users must be done by Blackbaud Support. Please contact FIMS Support to re-active a CRM user that is currently inactive.
