To see a list of what can be altered on a donation form and under what configuration it's associated with, please reference the help topic, Edit a Donation Form. Many of the components visible on a donation form are added via Data Elements, which are accessible in the Design Donor Screen.
  1. Navigate to Fundraising > Donation management
  2. Select the All Donation Forms tab
  3. Enter the name of the Donation Form
  4. Click Search
  5. Click Edit under the Actions column
  6. On the left hand navigation pane, select Design Donor Screens
  7. Next to the page named Donation Form, click Edit under the Actions column
In the gray box that displays, on the left under the words 'Select data elements to include in this form:' is a list of all of the data elements available to be put on your donation form. On the right, under the words 'Arrange the order of the selected data elements:', is a list of the data elements that have been chosen to display on the donation form.
