Batch description field in revenue query view shows blank for some batch templates

When querying on the batch description field in revenue query, you might notice that certain batch templates display a blank value in query view although the batches and batch templates do have a description on their records. 
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

1) Find the batch numbers for the BBIS Event Registration Transaction batches.
2) Create a revenue query filtering on those batch numbers and/or transactions that occurred in committed batches of that type.
3) Use Batch description in the Results fields to display section of the query.
4) Notice that the batch description shows as blank even though the committed batches and batch template have descriptions.
