Performance: Clicking between ERB pages takes a long time making it difficult to administer large revenue batches

When a user opens an enhanced revenue batch (ERB) that has more than one page available (over 50 rows) it takes a long time to click between the pages to make amendments.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to duplicate

1. Go to Revenue functional area and click on Batch entry task
2. Search for batch that has more than 50 rows in it
3. From page 1 click the arrow symbol to go onto page 2
