You see the following message displayed under the Confirmation Email Contents section:
We could not locate and display your eCommerce page here. This may be because your page has not yet been created. To check on the status of a page in progress, please contact your account representative.
If your eCommerce page has been created and is not displaying here, it may be because the page URL does not match your unique database name. This does not affect the functionality of the page, but it prevents you from setting a custom email template on the page. Please contact your account representative if you would like to have the eCommerce team update your page URL to match your unique database name.
This message only refers to custom pages (donation, event registration, etc...) created by the eCommerce team. It does not have any bearing on your organization's DIY forms (live or otherwise) or any processors (BBMS, Sage or IATS) that you've connected to eTapestry.
If your organization uses DIY forms for online giving or registration and has not had any custom pages created by eCommerce, this message will still appear in the database but can be disregarded as your transactions will continue to process without issue.
