This typically occurs when the payment date was changed on the transaction to a future date. You can change the payment date on the deposit to pull in this transaction, as seen below.

If you are unsure of the payment date, please follow the below steps to locate the transaction within Altru:
  1. Go to Analysis > Information Library
  2. Click Add and select Add an ad-hoc query
  3. Choose the source view of Revenue and click OK
  4. From left column, highlight Revenue and from middle column drag Amount into Include Records where. Set this equal to the amount of the transaction.
  5. From middle column, drag Deposit date into Include records where. Set this to Blank.
  6. From middle column, drag payment method into Include records where. Set this equal to the payment method used.
  7. From middle column, drag Revenue ID to Results fields to display.
  8. Preview results to obtain the revenue ID
  9. Navigate to Revenue> Transaction Search
  10. Next to Revenue ID, enter the Revenue ID obtained above
  11. Open the transaction to obtain the Date to use in your Deposit Process
