1. Navigate to Revenue and click Refunds report
  2. Select “Check” in the Refund method filter
  3. Filter on Date, as needed
  4. Click View report
  5. To update the refund record with details that the check was sent, click on the name of the item refunded, as seen below
  6. On the Refund Methods tab of the Refund record, click the expand icon next to “Check”, then click Edit check
  7. Add the check date and check number of the refund check and any notes, as desired, then click Save
  8. Final result in Refund record will appear similar to below:
