Entering a valid Finder Number in the Sponsorship Add Form gives me the error : Please enter a valid Donor

Users may find that when entering a valid finder number into the Sponsorship Add Form they get the error "Please enter a valid 'Donor'", however, they can add the same finder number to a stand-alone payment and process the payment without an error.
Verify if the Marketing Effort that the finder number is associated with is using an Acquisition List. If this is true, ensure that the user that is receiving the error has a role with the following feature permissions granted : Constituent > Acquisition List > [All items]
