I'm getting template not found when I try to open them in the Document Template Manager

This error happens when you go to the Document Template Manager and select and open either an email or printed template
This usually happens when not all templates were migrated over to GIFTS Online and are not located on the GO server.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Open and login into your GIFTS Online Document Template Manager
2. Go to any Event and select and Open template and the following error populates:

Please Respond
The template 'XXXXXXXXE.doc' could not be found
