If the transaction is for a TeamRaiser registration, the options to change or remove a soft credit will not be available. Changing or removing soft credits can only be applied to donation transactions. To know if a transaction is for a registration or donation, look to the type column:
  1. Select Constituent360 > Constituents
  2. Enter the name of the constituent
  3. Click Find
  4. Click View under the Actions column
  5. Select the Transaction tab
  6. Scroll to the Transaction History section
  7. Find the column named Type
