Contacts can be added into your Participant Center one at a time or through a file upload.
  1. Login to your Participant Center
  2. On the right hand navigation pane, click the link Add Contacts
  3. On the right hand navigation pane, there are two options available:
  • Import Contacts
  • Add single contact
If importing contacts, you can import contacts directly from either Gmail or Yahoo by selecting the appropriate radio button. To import Hotmail contacts. Additionally, you can upload a .csv file from any other email service provider. The .csv must contain the following three columns:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
If adding a single contact, enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address in the appropriate fields that display and click Add.
