When processing TeamRaiser transactions in the Raiser's Edge Luminate Online (RELO) integration an error occurs when committing the Raiser's Edge gift batch in a Canadian database:
Error: Duplicate receipt number
This issue has been reported when processing TeamRaiser registrations when an additional donation is attached. When a donor makes an additional donation with their registration they pay via one transaction via Luminate and are assigned a receipt number. When the transaction processes through the RELO plugin into a Raiser's Edge batch the transaction is broken into two separate gift records in Raiser's Edge. Both Raiser's Edge gift records will share the same receipt number.
To commit the gift batch successfully users can: 1. Manually update the receipt value to a unique number 2. Navigate to the Commit Batch screen, select the Receipts tab, choose the Commit the gift anyway option
