1. Open the Organization or Request record where you would like to upload your file to
2. Within the record, click the New tab > click on Document
3. A new Document record will open up > within the record, click 'Browse'
4. A window will appear that will allow you to search for the document you wish to upload
5. Once you locate the document, click the document > Click 'Open' in the lower right corner
6. Click 'Save' > A prompt appears that informs you the file is uploading > The document is now saved to the Organization -or- Request record
