Logging in with eStore fails

Login with eStore is failing, when logging in as an existing user. 
Download and install the latest patch for the eStore, 7.1.0.0, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 

Steps to Duplicate

1) Navigate to a BBIS page that contains eStore.
2) Choose an item, then click "Add to Cart"
3) Near the bottom, click "Checkout Now"
4) In the login options, click "I am an existing user"
5) Enter credentials of an existing user
6) Login doesn't occur. View developer console of browser (F12 for Chrome)
7. See error: 
Uncaught Error: Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: Method not found: 'LoginInfo Blackbaud.Web.Content.Core.BBWebPrincipal.LogUserIn(System.String, System.String, Boolean, Boolean)'.
