We have some constituent records in Luminate Online that have not synced to the Raiser's Edge Plugin. What would prevent this from happening?
Check to make sure that the constituent record has a Last Name populated. The minimum requirement for a Luminate Online record to sync with Raiser's Edge is to have any value in the Last Name field. If only an email address or a First Name is on the record, it will not be picked up by the Service Bus. If you do not know the constituent's last name, any value (number, letter, punctuation, or special character) will work.
It is recommended to have both the First Name and Last Name fields required on all forms in Luminate Online, in an effort for the creation of constituent records to automatically sync with Raiser's Edge integration.
