1. Go to Lists > Manage Lists.
  2. Select Manage Basic and Advanced Lists.
  3. Select List Templates.
  4. Select Grading from the Template Category drop-down.
  5. Click View/Copy next to Current Year Academic Grade Detail.
  6. If you would like to pull in the Score as well as the grade, perform the following. Otherwise, skip to step 11
  7. Select the Display Fields tab.
  8. Click Select Fields.
  9. Mark the field User Base > Course Enrollment > Enrollment Grade > Score
  10. Click Select.
  11. Select the Filters tab.
  12. Add the following Global filters:
    1. AND Enrollment Grade.Grade is not null
    2. AND ( Course Enrollment.Changed Sections is True
    3. OR Course Enrollment.Dropped equal to 1 ) 
  13. Name the List and select a Category (if needed).
  14. Click Save.
  15. Click Preview.
Note: When looking to only get students who Changed Sections, remove the parenthesis and the last (Course Enrollment.Dropped) filter.
