When reviewing a constituent record in Constituent360, the physical address portion in the header of the profile is blank but the constituent has an address is listed in a lower part of the profile. Why is this top information blank?
The top portion of the constituent profile will display the Preferred Address, either Work or Home. The Preferred Address can be specified by the constituent or admin when creating the record. If the Preferred Address (either Work or Home) contains no information, then the address of the top of the profile will be blank. You can check which address is specified as the Preferred Address by reviewing the "Preferred Address" field on the Constituent360 profile.
