Timeout error when refunding event registration fees on credit cards through Blackbaud Merchant Services

Users may encounter the following error when attempting to refund an event registration fee on the Edit Payment Form using Blackbaud Merchant Services : "Data could not be saved. Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding."
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Pay for an event registration fee with a credit card using a BBMS account.
2. Navigate to the revenue record and click "Edit Payment".
3. Change the Amount to $0 and verify that "Refund card on save" is checked off.
4. Click Save and note the timeout error.
