Error: System Timed Out - when running Full Duplicate Search

When running Full Duplicate Constituent Search, it may take a long time and then give the Error: System Timed Out. You may also notice that your Duplicate Search History shows that every process has failed to finish.
We are currently evaluating this issue, and we will update this article as more information becomes available.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Constituents>Duplicates>Full Duplicate Search.
  2. To see the error message, click Start Process at the top left. Once the process is done, receive the Status: Process Terminated unexpectedly.
  3. To see past attempts, click the History tab. See that there's never been a successful process.
