The reason this error is being thrown is because the link applicants are clicking on contains an existing "session" (SESID) within it


You will need to have your applicants access the original form URL in order to start a new application. 

To obtain the URL they should be using:

1. Log in to GIFTS Online
2. Launch > Applications > Forms Manager
3. Click on the active form your applicant is looking to access
4. Under Action, click View URL
5. Click Copy to Clipboard to copy the URL to send to them or post to your website

NOTE: This applies for Single Stage or First Stage forms only
