1. Create a new query. For this example we will call the already existing query "Query A" and this new query "Query B".

2. In this "Query B" use no criteria.

3. In this "Query B" on the Output tab select the fields you want to display in the final results.

4. In this "Query B" select Tools > Query Options > Record Processing.  Check the Select from query box and browse out to select "Query A".

5. Preview the results for "Query B".
