Error: Did not finish: Client found response content type of 'text/html; charset=utf-8', but expected 'text/xml' - When downloading BBIS Transactions

When downloading Donation transactions from BBIS, you might encounter the following error

Status: Did not finish
Status message: Client found response content type of 'text/html; charset=utf-8', but expected 'text/xml'.
The request failed with the error message:

This issue occurred as a result of a corrupted data state due to conflicting download processes.  This needs to be addressed with a SQL script to correct the problematic data.  Contact Support for more info.  

Steps to Duplicate

1) Submit a donation transaction through BBIS
2) In CRM go to Web > Manage web transactions > BBIS Donation Transactions > Download
3) Notice the error
