You are viewing attempting to print a message preview. The webpage behind the preview popup box is printed when previously just the message preview printed. When viewing the message preview, you may have to scroll to view the full message content.
Our Product Development team has reviewed this issue and its impact on the software. After careful consideration, we have determined that we will not be addressing this issue. Screen capturing software can be utilized to take a image of the preview to print or for other usage.
The preview can be opened in a new tab to view the full email content on one page by right-click on additional information and select to open in new tab or new window.
Steps to Duplicate
Log into NetCommunity running verison 22.214.171.124.
Select Email > Messages.
Click the pencil icon to edit a message > select the view tab > preview.
Right click in the preview pop-up and select print.
Note the print preview is not just the message preview but contains the entire webpage.
