You are viewing attempting to print a message preview. The webpage behind the preview popup box is printed when previously just the message preview printed.
Our Product Development team has reviewed this issue and its impact on the software. After careful consideration, we have determined that we will not be addressing this issue. Screen capturing software can be utilized to take a image of the preview to print or for other usage.
Steps to Duplicate
Log into NetCommunity running verison 22.214.171.124.
Select Email > Messages.
Click the pencil icon to edit a message > select the view tab > preview.
Right click in the preview pop-up and select print.
Note the print preview is not just the message preview but contains the entire webpage.
