Cannot link images in email editor after upgrading to Service Pack 1

After upgrading to Service Pack 1 of Blackbaud NetCommunity 7.1, you may encounter an issue where images in the email editor cannot be linked.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. Images can be linked directly in the HTML viewer.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Login to Blackbaud NetCommunity
  2. Navigate to Email > Message
  3. Create or edit a email message
  4. Insert a image into the message
  5. Click on the image then select Insert > Link
  6. Select any page then click Insert. Note that the link is not inserted.
