When running the Create Exchange Calendar Items configured to Add link to: Constituent Interaction Page new items are added to the outlook calendar a link is there but it does not direct to the interaction, it leads to a blank page in CRM.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. From the CRM main page click Administration 2. Click Exchange integration 3. Click Create Exchange calendar items 4. Click Add 5. Build an Add calendar item synchronization with the Add link to: Constituent Interactions Page 6. Save and Run 7. Navigate in Outlook to calendar Item and click link 8. Notice in CRM blank page
