I'm trying to change a contact's email address but the field is read-only.

I have a contact in GIFTS Online and this contact is/was associated with a GIFTS Online user. I'm trying to change the email address on this contact record but I am unable to do so, as the field is read only. How can I edit this contact's email address?
Since these contacts are associated with GIFTS Online users, any changes to these contact records will have to be made by Blackbaud Customer Support.
