I'm launching IGAM and I'm receiving an error message that says "The wrong serial number was specified in the payload". How can I resolve this error message?
This error message is normally caused by a change to the GIFTS.cfg file. In order to resolve this, please contact us with the customer support number for GIFTS listed at https://www.blackbaud.com/contact-us/ which will always have the most up to date information. Please have your serial number and your IGAM Site ID (SID).
