I'm launching IGAM and I'm receiving an error message that says "The wrong serial number was specified in the payload". How can I resolve this error message?
This error message is normally caused by a change to the GIFTS.cfg file. In order to resolve this, please copntact Blackbaud Customer Support at 877.704.3343 or create a case through the PowerMe Portal. Please include your serial number and your Site ID (SID).
