For these email providers, when a constituent marks an email message as spam, their constituent record in Luminate Online automatically updates to be Opted Out of receiving future emails. Since Luminate Online only uses Feedback Loops with certain email providers, to ensure that you're sending messages to constituents actively engaged with the organization, it's best practice to set up Engagement Factors. Engagement Factors determine which constituents actually respond to your messages or have completed other actions on your site recently. They can be used in order to target the audience most likely to interact with your email communication.
