I have set some of my Payments to be scheduled after today and, when I run my Payments Due Schedule report, I find that these Payments are missing from the report. Why does this occur and how can I resolve?
If this occurs, it is very likely that the missing records have grant dates set for past today. Since the reports can only be run As Of today or prior, the Payments that are tied to Requests set as Approved after today will not appear in the report. To resolve this, we advise changing the Approval Date on the Request to today or earlier for the associated Payments to appear in the report.
