Note: As of July 9, 2018, Blackbaud's School Management solutions (which include Core, onBoard, onCampus, onMessage, and onRecord) are utilizing a new top level navigation. This primarily affects users performing administrative tasks-constituent navigation for most parents, students, faculty, and alumni will remain the same. We appreciate your patience as we work to update our documentation. If you are seeing this message, the content of this solution is still being vetted for possible updates. Please refer to this mapping document if you need assistance finding a task in the new navigation.
I have a manager going through onRecord > Approval > Grading > Review Grades, and when they click on the Review link to the right of Needing Review (#) for an Athletics grade plan, it opens to a screen saying "No grades need to be reviewed."
Why do grades show needing to be reviewed, but then open to "No grades"?
This can happen if the Athletic Group the grade is recorded in does not have a Head Coach selected.
This can be managed by an Athletic Group Manager:
Navigate to onCampus.
Select Group Finder.
Filter the year and athletic group.
Click the Roster tab.
Set a Head Coach.
This will then allow the Reviewer to manage/review grades for that group.
