The Gift Status field is present on recurring gifts. It is also present on pledges if the RE:EFT module is present. Review the following until resolved:
  • If the field is present, select a value for it.
  • If the field is not present in Batch and you wish to enter a value for it (other than Active): Go to Tools > Edit batch set-up > Defaults tab > unmark HIde for the Gift Status field > click Data Entry > find the now visible Gift Status field and select a value for it.
  • If the field is not present and you want it to default to Active: Go to Tools > Edit batch set-up > Fields tab > remove the field from the right to the left list > click Data Entry > resume working in the batch.
