There are a handful of fields on the form that will remove the security code. This is a security enhancement in the product. Please reenter the security code. 

The fields, which if changed, that will remove field:
  • Adding a new designation, when multiple designations are enabled
  • Gift Type: changing One-Time to Recurring, for example.
  • Changing the frequency of a Recurring Gift or Pledge Installment
  • Marking or unmarking the checkbox under Additional Information for a Corporate Gift
  • Under Billing Information, the Country dropdown
After Payment Information, if Tribute Information is enabled, and the box for "Mail a letter on my  behalf to" is marked or unmarked, this will also remove the security code. For the checkbox for Tribute Information removing the security code, we are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
