Option 1: Run the Total Revenue and Payments Report on your Username and Review the Payment Method Distribution Section of the Report. This report will show us the payment date, constituent name, reference of what the check was applied to, and the amount of the check. 
  1. From Revenue, Click Total Revenue and Payments in the Reports column
  2. Select the date or date range you would like to view
  3. In the User drop down, Choose Specific User. Search and Select your Username
  4. In the Source section, Mark the sources you would like to view
  5. Mark the box to Show Payment Method Distribution
  6. View Report
  7. Navigate to the last page of the report, Expand the Check section of the Revenue by Payment Method Report

Option 2: If you are looking for more specific information about the check that was entered such as check number or check date, you may want to build a Revenue Query. 
  1. From Analysis, Click Information Library, Click Add an Ad-Hoc Query and choose the Source view of Revenue
  2. With Revenue selected on the left, Drag Added by Username to Include records where and set equal to the username you are looking to filter on
    • Note: Added by username is in the System Fields section, you may need to scroll down in the middle column to find this field
  3. From the middle drag Payment Method to Include records where and set equal to Check
  4. Optional fields to add to Include records where:
    • If you would like to filter on the Constituent associated with the payment. Click Constituent on the left, from the middle drag Constituent Record to Include records where search and select the constituent the payment was entered under.
    • If you would like to filter on the Date of the payment. Click Revenue on the left, from the middle drag Date to Include records where and set equal to the date or between the date range you are looking to filter on.
    • If you would like to filter on the Amount of the payment. Click Revenue on the left, from the middle drag Amount to Include records where and set equal to the amount
    • If you would like to filter on the Check Number. Click Revenue on the left, from the middle drag Check Number to Include records where and set equal to the check number. Note: If a check number field was not populated when entering the check, this field may be blank.
    • If you would like to filter on the Check Date. Click Revenue on the left, form the middle drag Check Date to Include records where and set equal to the check date. Note: If the check date field was not populated when entering the check, this field may be blank. The check date field may be different than the Date associated with the payment.
  5. Optional fields to output in Results fields to display:
    • If you would like to output the Constituent associated with the payment. Click Constituent on the left, from the middle drag name to Results fields to display.
    • If you would like to output the Date of the payment. Click Revenue on the left, from the middle drag Date to Results fields to display.
    • If you would like to output the Amount of the payment. Click Revenue on the left, from the middle drag Amount to Results fields to display
    • If you would like to output the Check Number. Click Revenue on the left, from the middle drag Check Number to Results fields to display. Note: If a check number field was not populated when entering the check, this field may be blank.
    • If you would like to output the Check Date. Click Revenue on the left, form the middle drag Check Date to Results fields to display. Note: If the check date field was not populated when entering the check, this field may be blank. The check date field may be different than the Date associated with the payment.
  6. Preview Results
  7. If you would like to Save this query, navigate to the Set Save Options tab. Name the query. Save and Close
