Segment counts don't match when multiple efforts are calculated at the same time.

When calculating segment counts for multiple marketing efforts which use the same segments the segment counts are not correct.
This happens when different users calculate their segment counts for different efforts at the same time while using the same segments or exclusions.
This has been resolved in Service Pack 18 (4.0.180.1804). Please download and install the latest Service Pack or Hot Fix which contains all fixes from previous patches.

Steps to Duplicate

Create multiple marketing efforts.
Use the same segments.
Use the same exclusion selections.
Calculate both at the same time.
