Users notice when they go to Lists in RE NXT that there is no map pin icon or lists grid icon on the right side. This occurs for multiple users, multiple browsers, multiple workstations both inside network and outside of network.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
If you are experiencing this issue, please contact support and provide the URL from when you are logged into RE NXT. This will contain your Tenant ID which will assist in troubleshooting the issue further.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Login to RE NXT 2. Go to Lists and open an existing list or create a new list 3. Map pin and list grid should appear as icons on the right, but none exist
