Name format not overriding system defaults on mailings

Example:
A husband and wife are members of the same household.
The wife Jane is the primary member.
A name format is created to address mailing to the household as 'Mr. & Mrs. John Smith'.
However when the mailing is run the addressees are always 'Mrs. & Mr. Jane Smith'.

Steps to Duplicate

For the above example:

Create two constituents, a husband John Smith and wife Jane Smith.
Create the household with Jane as the primary member.
On each constituent set their name format options:

• Female is the Primary on the Household
• Female Primary Addressee is “Mrs. and Mr. <First Name> <Last Name>
o Example is Mrs. and Mr. Jane Smith
• Female Primary Salutation is “<First Name> and <Spouse First Name>
o Example is Jane and John
• Male Primary Addressee is “Mr. and Mrs. <First Name> <Last Name>
o Example is Mr. and Mrs. John Smith
• Male Primary Salutation is <First Name> and <Spouse First Name>
o Example is John and Jane

Create a name format to use the primary addressee and primary salutation.
Create an appeal mailing for the Smiths.
Use your new name format.

When the mailing is complete it will be addressed to Mrs. and Mr. Jane Smith.
