When a Constituent is manually made a "High" level in a Recognition program on the Constituent record and then a payment is made to the Designation associated with the Recognition program that is of a lower level the level on the constituent record changes to the lower level.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to constituent record 2. Manually add constituent to Recognition program at highest level then save 3. Notice record reflects correctly as high 4. Go back to constituent record and manual add a payment of $6,000 5. Run Recognition process 6. Go view constituent record 7. Click Revenue tab 8. Click Recognition tab notice constituent is now on Low level
